My hats are made by hand and I put a lot of time and care into each and every hat that I make.  You will never find a duplicated hat that I made.  If a client want a hat and they send me a picture, I will make it to the general directions and colour and design, but it will never be duplicated.  Every hat is a master piece and unique.  The material that I use are called Sinamay, but like all materials a hat can only be kept in a good condition, if you put in the same amount of care.  Every hat that leaves my hands will be in a plastic bag and in it's own hat box.  On the front of the box I have a special label for the owner to write the color for easy access.  Don't put the hat in a place with lots of sunshine or wind as they will be damaged and not hold it's original shape.  I also spray each hat with a clear lack to protect it further more and to keep white hats white for longer.  After wearing of the hat place it back in it's plastic and box and it will give you years of pleasure.

I have a Return and Refund policy, but if I have advise you against something that would not work on the hat, like size, colour or design prior to starting the hat and you were insisting on your vision, then my return and refund policy are not  in force.  I am always going out of my way to be helpfull and assisting you to the best of my abbility.

The hats/fasinators will be send by courier and the cost is already included in the price.
